Overall very good experience. A few minor glitches with pickups that were quickly resolved. Routes and activities were well planned and guides were very good.

Four wonderful days in Lucerne and four in Lugano. The private tour guides were informed, professional and fun with whom to travel. The places Bellamore included gave a complete picture of the country to include its history, culture and beauty of the people.

She guided me step by step when action was needed to prevent any issues and/or problems with my trip. She took the time to communicate with me to check in for smooth travels. Francesca took the worry from her client. She is not only a travel specialist, but she feels like a friend because of her professionalism, kindness and pleasing personality. She truly cares about her clients and wants them to enjoy their trip. If I had any questions or concerns about my trip, Francesca was a phone call or text away to respond to my questions. She is prompt in addressing any concerns. She makes a special effort to ensure her clients a successful trip.
