Angie was an incredible support throughout the entire process, coordinating every detail for us and our 30+ guests. She truly became our voice at the resort, especially when things felt overwhelming. She even contacted the transportation company and the resort on our behalf. From our very first conversation with Angie, I was impressed with her attention to detail ! She specifically wanted to find out what type of vacation experience we wanted to have. She worked with me to pick out the perfect location for our dream trip!! Sending me options and links and things she had researched on specific locations…all to find the perfect fit. She made sure we had private transportation and that we asked for specific things at check in! This girl does her homework so every part of your trip is enjoyable! We had the trip of a lifetime at Xcaret Arte! We did it all, from the Sunset catamaran cruise, snorkeling, 11 course meals, shows, music, zip-lining, ATV rides through the jungle, kayaking through caves, cenotes, and my personal favorite THE SPA! Angie made sure to schedule everything ahead of time for us so we could see and do everything we wanted to do and that we didn’t miss ANYTHING! Angie took my dream, ran with it and delivered above and beyond!
