I can’t say enough amazing things about Lindsey! She has planned multiple trips for me, and every single one has been seamless thanks to her incredible attention to detail and care. Lindsey is truly one of a kind—she responds at all hours, is endlessly accommodating, and always makes me feel like a priority. She keeps a close eye on any changes with airlines or hotels and resolves issues before I even know they exist. Traveling can be stressful, but with Lindsey in my corner, I never have to worry. She’s especially thoughtful when I travel solo, always checking in to make sure I’m safe and doing well. Her dedication, warmth, and professionalism make every trip feel effortless. Lindsey was awesome to work with! We didn’t give much notice on decision to take a spring break trip with our family and my in-laws. Our Viking Danube River Cruise exceeded all of our expectations! The Viking staff was extremely attentive to all of our needs; including the chief creating meals for my food allergies! The excursions were well planned given by informative locals. Our stateroom was immaculately cared for. The dining experience was delightful with attentive waiters and an excellent chief! We also enjoyed the vast forms of entertainment…live music, a baking demonstration, a lecture on the history of the Danube River, and some fun group games. We were so relieved to have used Exhilarating Getaway Travels to book our anniversary trip to Mexico. The night before our departure flight, we received a an email that our flight was cancelled. Lindsey was AMAZING and stayed up until 2 AM figuring out how to re-book our flight and make it to the resort that day! We are forever grateful for Lindsey.
