Brenda was fantastic at listening to our needs and matching us with a destination. The communication was fantastic, she was very knowledgeable and extremely organized. There was very little we had to do on our end. Airline, car transfers, resort and vendors for experiences were all top notch.

OMG!!! Brenda is such a guardian angel, she was always on top of everything. We didn’t have to worry about anything she took care of a lot of the things that would slip my mind. Thank you for everything, we needed this vacation. We are starting to save for our next vacation 😊

Brenda arranged our travel plans to Mexico for myself my husband and two teenage daughters. She gave us different trips options for resorts and suggested excursions. She is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. It was our first time out of the country so we relied on her and I can’t say enough how satisfied I am with the trip and her attention to detail. We had the pleasure of working with Brenda Otto to book our honeymoon, and we can’t say enough how amazing she was! Right from the beginning Brenda was accommodating to our wants for our honeymoon. When we began working with Brenda she helped us book a dream come true honeymoon to Hawaii.

When Covid-19 hit, Brenda was in contact with us regularly. She provided us with updates on the status of Hawaii. Three weeks out, we got the news that we would not be able to go to Hawaii. Brenda immediately found us alternatives. She considered all our wants and found a comparable trip in Los Cabo, Mexico.

She remained in contact with us, our resort, and our transportation services during our stay.

The amazing time that we had and the unforgettable memories we created are all because of her. Through this whole experience, it was clear that Brenda truly cared about making our honeymoon a dream come true.

Brenda was a life saver. We were originally skeptical of hugging a travel agent as we considered ourselves savvy travelers for our destination wedding in Cancun, but we were told this was a must. Admittedly, we had NO idea how much work travel agents do to make sure our guests were comfortable.

Brenda set up our honeymoon in Paris and the Maldives and I have no idea what we would have done without her… she was so nice, so helpful and so thorough, absolutely the best. She made traveling to the other side of the world as easy as it possibly could be, and was with us every step of the way as travel rules and restrictions changed to figure out how to adapt. 10/10 the best!

We’re just back from an amazing trip to St Pete Beach. Brenda, as always, did an amazing job setting it all up from the flights to the hotel arrangements, to car rental and all the activities in between, etc. Brenda does everything for you like it’s a breeze. I would never attempt to do all this myself. When we arrived it felt like NY weather (33 degrees), But She even got the heat turned back on at the beach.

Brenda is the consummate professional. We are so thrilled with the level of service provided and the amazing resort and spa that we enjoyed for 7 days. Looking forward to the next trip!
