Jill was recommended to me by my sister in law who is a very active cruiser. My husband and I have taken a few cruises but not recently on a big boat and only a river boat in Europe. We took our grown children who had never cruised before. This made our cruise more complicated and Jill was very helpful with the administrative details on our cruise.
