Nicole helped my family book our cruise back in September. I have used Nicole in the past for a Disney trip. I wanted to have someone that was knowledgeable about cruising to book our family vacation. We needed two separate staterooms for the amount of people going. Everything plan went seamless. Nicole was amazing. She helped plan every part of our trip, from picking the hotel to planning dining reservations. She responds to all questions in a very timely manner. She provided us with all of the info we needed to make our ride reservations and sent reminders ahead of schedule when it was time to reserve dining times and book rides, etc. I would not hesitate to use Nicole again and to refer her to anyone looking for help planning a trip.
