Cruising

Melissa spent SO much time holding my hand and walking me through planning my first cruise ever. I knew nothing. And she knew that going into this. Because she is a former teacher, she is trained for people like me! Ha! She is the definition of, “Expert in her field.” I hope that you get to work with Melissa! She treated me like I was her only client. True VIP treatment! We had a medical emergency for one of my family members weeks before the trip and she calmed my nerves and told me all of my options (we got the extra insurance). At the end, all of the family members went on the cruise. We made the best of it! I love knowing that I have Melissa to help me for any future trips. For land or for sea!

The booking experience with Melissa was so easy, even with all my groups questions and our phone calls our trip was wonderful. The crowds at both Universal and Disney where larger than we expected, however nothing stopped us from having fun! My granddaughter loved going back to the Art of Animation, swimming and playing with the other children. Our transportation from the airport to our 2nd hotel was over the top, we would highly recommend the limo service Melissa booked. Transportation from our resorts to the different parks was easy and fun! We used the first aid in the park 2 times, very easy and our issues were resolved quickly. Both extra tickets at Universal and Disney for Halloween fun our group really enjoyed the events. Accommodations at Universal and Disney we would recommend to your future clients. Transportation was a hit for our riders!

Melissa was terrific in helping us book and coordinate our cruise. She was extremely helpful and responsive when we had questions.

We had a wonderful trip with our kids and grandkids in October. Melissa's recommendations were spot-on. The Art of Animation Resort was great for our young granddaughters. The Skyliner was a neat way to travel to Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. Our girls loved meeting the princesses and the character meals. I had a lot of questions and Melissa was patient and quick to respond. We will definitely use Melissa when we book our next family vacation!

Melissa has booked multiple Disney/Universal Studios trips for my family. We are actually going to Universal Studios on a VIP tour in Florida in November thanks to Melissa! We are so excited! This is our 3rd trip to Universal Studios that Melissa has booked. Last summer we had an amazing time at Disneyland and doing a VIP tour at Universal Studios in California. Melissa makes trips easy and takes all the stress out of booking. I continue to use her services as well as refer friends to her services. I highly recommend Melissa's services. She is so prompt to respond to questions and helpful when we were stuck in traffic and almost late to our VIP tour in California. She called and let them know that we were on our way.
