From the start of planning the trip to experiencing the trip this was the most memorable trip we had . Nicole made everything so smooth and effortless. I had given Nicole a brief idea of what I was expecting for this trip and she made it come true. Working with Nicole was so easy! She made the planning and booking process a breeze. This was our first family cruise with young kids and grandparents joining. Nicole made sure to give us plenty of sailing options to choose from before booking. She was able to help with packing lists and must haves to ensure our trip went smoothly. She even took care of adding any onboard extras we wanted and excursions for our stops. Our family has several allergies and Nicole communicated with Royal directly to ensure our meals were safe. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. I’m definitely going to be working with Nicole for any future adventures that we go on!
