Working with Kendall was really easy and she took care of all the heavy lifting. She found our flights, hotels, and train tickets for us and helped give recommendations on experiences we could do in each city. She ensured we had all the right documentation to travel internationally and checked on us leading up to the trip to ensure things were on track. I do not like planning trips so it was a huge relief to have someone help do the heavy lifting.

Kendall made our planning experience for this trip a breeze. She sent us options for places in the Caribbean that she knew we would be interested in. Once we picked a place, all of the booking was taken care of in minutes. The trip was exactly what we needed. We started out in the capital of Curacao where we explored for the day and immersed ourselves into the culture. Then the majority of the trip was spent at Sandals Royal where we relaxed by the infinity pool with our friends during the day, and at night we met up at one of the restaurants. One of the days we decided to be adventurous and take a catamaran to Klein Island where we saw the most beautiful turquoise water. It was a fantastic experience, however, I got seasick on the way there due to the ten foot waves we encountered. Once we made it, though, I forgot all about feeling sick and enjoyed the island. My husband took advantage of the clear water and enjoyed snorkeling. The resort also provided entertainment at night

I used Kendall's services for the first time, and she was always prompt to listen and help. We changed countries, resorts, and dates a few times, and she handled everything very professionally. She recommended a driver/shuttle in Jamaica, and the lady was very nice and sweet. Our flights got delayed, and she coordinated with the driver. She was always checking on us to make sure we were on time and well. We had a good experience working with her, and I would definitely use her again.

Kendall did an amazing job. I gave her the dates, price range, and what exactly we were looking for and she found just that. She kept in contact with is the entire time leading up to our trip, letting me know about deadlines, prices of plane tickets going down, and even some excursions if we wanted to do them. If I had any questions or concerns, she was right on it On the way home, she even kept me updated on flights being delayed. This was our first all-inclusive and first time using a travel agent and I will be using her for every trip now!!
