Finding Our Magic Again!

From the moment I reached out through TikTok, Stephanie has treated me like a friend. Through the highs and lows of life and simultaneously planning our trip, she was there to lend an ear and a hand even during her own vacation. My family had a beautiful and much needed trip of healing, grounding, and love since my almost dying. To see my children so happy and carefree filled my soul. We found our magic again while experiencing Disney World for the first time. We have memories and pictures to last a lifetime and without Stephanie we wouldn't have been able to do it. The sweetest travel agent ever

Stephanie was AMAZING to work with. She answered all of my 1 million questions with ease and made us feel sooo relaxed while initially I was really stressing out. We were on our vacation during the hurricane Milton and she even took the time to personally text message me asking if we were okay and if we needed anything. Her countless check ups, emails on things going on, and just her in general is amazing. I have already told my parents to use her because they are wanting to take a vacation in the next year. I would recommend her and this company to everyone who is wanting to use a travel agent!

Alaskan Trip Memories

We chose an Alaskan group trip from Anchorage to Fairbanks and back with a guide. In addition we added two extra days for independent travel to Kenai Fjords and a stop at the the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center. Wonderful memories!

We are a family that has some specific concerns when traveling. Our adult daughter, 26, has autism. Disney has made many changes to the Disability Access Service (DAS) over the last year and we didn't feel comfortable booking a trip without guidance. After my first conversation with Stephanie, I knew we were good hands. Stephanie helped us book our vacation at a Disney resort, explained all our ticket options and then walked us step-by-step through the Disney DAS process. In addition to Disney Parks, Stephanie was able to help us get tickets for Universal Studios and explained our disability access availability at those parks. I would highly recommend Stephanie for anyone needing travel assistance, but especially for any family with someone who has special needs.

She provides personalized attention to the needs of our family (including one who qualifies for the DAS pass). A magical weekend

Stephanie helped us plan an amazing long weekend at the Disney parks in Orlando. Every aspect of our trip was thoroughly planned out for us from the hotel reservation and park passes to triaging how to tackle park rides! She helped us secure a DAS pass so we were able to enjoy even the popular rides with minimal wait times. We stayed at the newest Disney resort, the Riviera, which did not disappoint! Our room was very glamorous with plenty of space including a full kitchen. Transportation was easy to and from our planned parks via bus and skyliner on site too. I would highly recommend using her services if you want a hassle-free well planned trip, especially to the Disney properties, as she is very knowledgeable regarding all things Disney!

A Stress-Free Trip When We Needed It Most

Stephanie was absolutely incredible in helping my family plan a last-minute trip to Punta Cana. We truly needed to get away and decompress, and she made the entire process feel easy and manageable from start to finish.
I have some mobility limitations, so finding the right resort was really important. Stephanie quickly understood what we needed and guided us to a smaller, more accessible resort that ended up being a perfect fit. She took what felt like an overwhelming number of options and narrowed them down in a way that made decision-making so much easier.
While we were at the resort, we did run into a couple of issues. When we reached out, Stephanie responded quickly and walked us through how to resolve everything. That support made a huge difference and allowed us to get back to actually enjoying our vacation.
What stood out most is how much she understood our family’s needs. As a neurodivergent parent raising a neurodivergent child, travel can feel daunting. Stephanie made it feel possible, low stress, and even enjoyable. That kind of support is invaluable.
Because of her, we were able to have the relaxing, low-effort vacation we really needed. I cannot recommend Stephanie highly enough and will absolutely be working with her again.

The most amazing trip we've ever taken

We wanted an amazing all inclusive resort and stephanie peters knocked it out of the park! We chose sandals south coast last spring. Unfortunately it got hot by Hurricane Melissa. After that happened, with no hesitation stephanie and get tan quickly pivoted and transferred our reservation to Dunns River. They made the move so easy. I can't thank them enough. The last Disney vacation we went on our old travel agent dropped the ball with a lot of things we wanted. And then she proceeded to drop us and we didn’t want to contact her again. I have a plan when I go to Disney and had sent it over to her and she got everything we needed! Exceeded Every Expectation

My husband and I wanted to try going to Disneyland with our two children, who are both on the spectrum (level 2 and 3). This was a big decision for us, and I don't know what I don't know, so I saw a TikTok of Stephanie's and thought I would reach out.
She exceeded every expectation I could have had. She was kind, patient, and knew what accommodations we would need, and what services would be necessary for us. We booked a week long stay at Pop Century and my entire family had an amazing experience. Truthfully I found Stephanie on TikTok explaining traveling to Disney with Autistic children, and when it came time to sign up for the DAS pass with Disney she had prepared us completely for it and it was worth it for us. She checked in while we were there and made sure we knew she was available if we needed her. We had a great trip and it was all possible bc of Stephanie!!

Stephanie was AMAZING. My family of 5 went to Disney World for a week and I couldn't have done it without Stephanie. She made booking everything so easy to do, she set up everything. I was terrified of signing up for DAS, but she not only reminded me of when to do it but had a helpful guide on what to expect. She helped book special tours and character meals. When an issue arose with our hotel booking, she was on top of it and got us settled. She was available for questions during the whole booking process and trip, was quick to respond, and answered even my silliest of questions. She had a special calendar to help my child visually see our schedule and was able to supply social stories for my son about some of the new experiences he would have. Another BIG help was that she sent maps for all of the parks with "quieter areas" marked on them.

Quick Orlando getaway

Guess what made us decide to take this quick getaway? French Quarter beignets! Yes, you heard that right. I was craving those yummy beignets we had during our spring Disney trip. I immediately texted Stephanie to see if French Quarter had any rooms for us. Unfortunately, they didn’t, but Riverside did. Stephanie was a lifesaver and managed to book us all with a split stay at another Disney resort. We also wanted to spend a day at Universal Orlando and Animal Kingdom. Everything was set to go until Friday, the day we were supposed to fly out. The airline had a major delay, and we wouldn’t make our connecting flight. This meant we wouldn’t be able to enjoy our first night at our Disney hotel and miss out on Animal Kingdom. I was worried about how I was going to explain this to my neurodivergent son. The big change could affect how everything went for him. But Stephanie came to our rescue. She was able to rearrange our hotel and Animal Kingdom day, and we were still able to make our trip.

We absolutely LOVED our hotel it was so quiet and relaxing, she scheduled our dinner reservations, made sure we had someone pick up/drop off us from the airport/hotel and booked our car rental.
