Dream Trip

This was a bucket list trip for us and it exceeded our expectations.
From the time we got off the plane and headed to our driver who then took us to our hotel.
At the hotel we were greeted by Natasha and other travelers and it felt like a family reunion. All the excursions that were planned were top notch but our favorite was the massage!!
Natasha is an amazing travel agent who made our trip worth while. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated travel agent who goes above and beyond for their clients.

Natasha was an absolute dream to work with! We planned a Vail ski trip for my son’s 21st birthday only one month in advance, and she delivered beyond expectations. She provided multiple resort package options, was incredibly knowledgeable, and guided us on the best restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and ski experiences.
When our flight was delayed four hours and we missed our connection, Natasha was available 24/7, even waking up in the middle of the night (despite time zone differences) to help us rebook and navigate a very stressful situation. She has continued to support us through airline and travel insurance reimbursement as well.
Her professionalism, expertise, and genuinely caring nature turned a challenging situation into one of the best trips we’ve ever had. I highly recommend Natasha to anyone looking for a travel agent who truly goes above and beyond.
