Lindsay and everybody there are amazing. They had any problems on my trip they were right on it when my flight was delayed they contacted the hotel and let them know that I'd be checking in later. And when my check-in wasn't working when I was in Ontario I contacted them and they got me checked in

We had a wonderful cruise to Canada and the East coast arranged by Lindsey. She helped to make all the reservations pre and post cruise with both hotels being right where we needed to be. She went over every detail during the planning and again before we departed. She answered each question I had with knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend Elite Travel and Lindsey for your next trip.

Lindsey did an amazing job helping us plan a fantastic short trip to Walt Disney World. She arranged transportation to/from the airport and our room & ticket package was just what we needed. Will definitely work with Lindsey again on future trips.

We are pleased with the way Lindsey handled are reservation. In fact, she has made our reservation in Fayetteville, Ark for our youngest granddaughter's graduation from University of Arkansas in December. Hopefully she can help us with a family vacation next year

A group of 8 went on this trip. Lindsey helped put together most of the details for this trip. It was easy and seamless. Will definitely do another trip with Elite and Lindsey.

Lindsey and the entire Elite Travel staff get a thumbs up from us! Lindsey was always available to answer questions, provide support, assist customers as needed, and just be there to get to know everyone which added to the fun. She did a great job or making sure all of our group felt comfortable and felt included and knew what to do when and where (no doubt a difficult task for a group of 40+ adults).

Lindsay did an excellent job of keeping the group informed of what activities were taking place, letting us know when to be where and at what time. She always made sure everyone was present and accounted for.

The Alaska cruise with PSB was amazing. Such a great group of people. We would be interested in doing more of these group trips in the future. Lindsey gave excellent customer service and we would love to work with her again!

Lindsey is so funny and helped us to enjoy our trip more. Lindsey is an amazing person; and she was a delight to spend our week with!! This was our first ever cruise; and we really enjoyed it. Lindsey and Elite Travel planned a coach bus for each connecting portion of our travel. They even planned an extra tour of Seattle, before we boarded the ship. Being able to travel as a group for our first cruise was great! Lindsey added an extra amount of fun to our trip. She helped to keep us together and made sure we were all together where we needed to be.

This was not our first cruise to Alaska. We enjoyed it very much. The tour of Seattle before we boarded the ship was nice. Lindsey was very friendly, easy to work with and professional. Would recommend her to our family and friends.

Lindsey helped us book our trip. She was very kind and helped us all the way through entire process even helping us with early check in with airlines, printing out all documents for us. She was a big help for these three seniors that had not traveled in awhile. Definitely would recommend her to anyone planning a trip!

We just returned from a cruise to Hawaii which was arranged by Lindsey. All went perfectly and the information provided by Lindsey made it happen. We did have a problem on return but Lindsey and the entire staff of Elite were helping to resolve the issue which was not of their doing. Lindsey provided excellence service for our family vacation. Communication was great from the start with Lindsey. She was very helpful in planning by gathering several options for us. After making a lodging decision she helped us with activities for our stay. She sent links for us to view to book different activities also. She continuously checked in with us to see if there was anymore service she could provide. She answered all of our questions and provided us with the information we needed. She made the process simple and easy down to printing and emailing all documents needed for our trip. Her service helped make our family vacation great and we appreciate everything she did for us!

Lindsey did a great job recommending our destination and helping with the planning. I really appreciate her printing our entrance and departure vouchers. Back home was blessed with a big snow and she and her coworkers booked us a room for our arrival back to avoid driving home at night in the snow. They did this on a weekend. Thank you!

It’ was wonderful . ! She went above and beyond help ! We needed her three different times ! She fixed them all ! Weather was a BIG issue . Hard decisions had to be made to come home early due to weather . She fixed that too ! Got our air fare back ! I would use her again in a New York minute !
