First time using a travel agent. Got a great deal on Mexico. Accommodation, flights, and transportation was arranged for our 3 household group of 7.

My friend and I (along with our two 14yr. olds) just returned from an absolutely wonderful stay at Starfish Varadero in Varadero, Cuba, and it met all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The resort itself is smaller but beautiful—well maintained grounds, a stunning beach (which is an understatement), comfortable rooms, and a relaxed, joyful atmosphere. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was ok-if you like fish, well then, you're in luck! (I would recommend traveling with lots of snacks though). Every day felt effortless and stress-free. A special shout-out also goes to our amazing travel agent, Latoya with VIP Travel, who was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire planning process. Her guidance and attention to detail made this trip seamless from start to finish, and we truly couldn’t have had such a smooth and enjoyable experience without her. This vacation was everything we hoped for and more, and we’re already dreaming about our return. If you’re considering a trip to Varadero, I would recommend Starfish Varadero—it was an unforgettable experience all around.

Our trip to Cuba at the Starfish Varadero Resort was nothing short of AMAZING! We had the best time and created so many unforgettable memories with our kids—so many laughs, special moments, and pure family fun. The beach and ocean were absolutely spectacular, with crystal-clear water and breathtaking views that we couldn’t get enough of. A huge shout-out and thank you to Latoya, our incredible travel advisor and agent! She made everything so easy and stress-free, and thanks to her, this trip was truly perfect from start to finish. We are beyond grateful and can’t wait to book our next adventure with her! ?????

We wanted to go back to Kona, Hawaii! It has been 20 long years since we’ve been there! We were there for our honeymoon in 2006! Latoya helped us plan, organize, asked questions, answered questions and was very patient with our group of 11 people. Once we arrived we noticed the place we were staying at was a tad dirty, and had cock roaches….eew! The next day we went to the front desk who were very accommodating and had a company come in and spray! The next night more cock roaches were turning up but this time they were half dead! I called Latoya the very next morning telling her all about the bugs, how no one is sleeping and we also found mouse droppings! Latoya told us how this was unacceptable and how sorry she was for recommending this place had she had known this she would have never done so! I told her not to apologize, other than the bugs this place and its surrounding were amazing! She let me go and within 1 hour had us moved to this absolutely gorgeous place (same resort) with ocean front it was gorgeous!!! She had them waive our cleaning fee on top of this! We now thank the cock roaches because if it weren’t for them…and Latoya of course we would have never seen the beauty of the whole resort! Latoya was there for all of us 24/7, making sure everything was to our standards and if we needed anything just to ask her! We just got back from Hawaii and already miss its beauty so very much! Latoya from all of us here we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the BEST trip ever! We will be planning our next trip to Hawaii very soon! We give Latoya 10 stars ?? out of 10!!!!
