Alecia has been amazing! Anytime I had a question she answered even when she was on vacation to tell me she'd get back to me after vacation. I've asked for some extra info on specific traveling and she sent me links to help me! 10 out of 10 she has made this whole first time experience easy as ever.

I booked a trip for myself and 4 other passengers to Ocho Rios. By the time the trip came 1 passenger could no longer go and I had 2 airports everyone was flying from.
