Hello! I’m Rachel Schultz, a family travel specialist who designs thoughtfully planned, stress-free vacations for families who want meaningful experiences and unforgettable memories. I specialize in Disney Destinations, Universal Orlando Resort, cruises, and customized international travel, with a strong focus on helping families travel confidently and comfortably.

My love for travel began at a young age in a family that valued experiences over things. Those early adventures sparked a lifelong passion for exploring the world, and that passion eventually grew into a career I truly love. Over time, I’ve refined my expertise to focus on family travel—helping parents enjoy the journey just as much as the destination.

As a mother myself, I understand that family vacations require more than simply booking a trip. Disney Destinations are one of my favorite vacations to plan. There is nothing quite like helping a family experience Disney magic—especially for the first time. From selecting the ideal resort and park tickets to crafting efficient, family-friendly park plans, I take care of the details so my clients can focus on soaking in the magic. I also love planning Universal vacations, particularly for families looking for high-energy thrills paired with upscale accommodations and seamless logistics.

Cruises are another specialty of mine and an excellent option for families seeking a refined yet easy vacation experience. Whether it’s the Caribbean, Alaska, Europe, or beyond, I help families choose the right cruise line, ship, and itinerary while assisting with excursions, onboard experiences, and pre- or post-cruise stays.

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is helping families experience those once-in-a-lifetime “firsts”—first theme park visit, first cruise, or first international adventure. Being trusted with those moments is something I never take lightly.

When I’m not planning vacations, I enjoy traveling with my own family and spending time at home in the Midwest with my husband and daughter. My personal travel experiences continually shape how I plan for my clients, allowing me to anticipate needs and deliver a higher level of service.
