My name is Claude Ho. I have been working in the travel industry for over 7 years.

I operate out of the Mississauga area in Ontario, but my clients are not limited to this geographical area. 

I love to travel and to visit different countries and learn about other cultures. I believe that the more places you visit, the more you discover that, apart from the basic differences of language, food, and culture, most people are just like us.

I was bitten by the travel bug in my early years when I used to travel by train and then cruise by ship along the mighty rivers of Guyana (the Berbice, the Demerara and the Essequibo rivers). Guyana is the best kept secret destination for eco-travel.

Later I had the good fortune to to travel extensively across North America, visiting and working in all the major convention cities of the US and Canada.

While the Caribbean area is my main specialty, I have also cruised the Mediterranean and Western Europe. This area is vastly different from the Caribbean, as it is heavily into history of ancient civilizations.

During my years in the travel industry, one thing I have come to appreciate and the best piece of advice I would like to pass on is this: if you want to travel, do it now, while you can and while you still have good health. As you grow older and your health starts to fade, travel becomes more and more difficult.

You do not want to say "I wish I had gone there when I had the chance!"

I will always remember this comment made by my client after he had come back from the Hawaiian Islands Tour:

"I know you said that we would have to get up early, but I never expected to have to get up at the ungodly time of 3 o'clock in the morning to see an active volcano!"

Of course he thoroughly enjoyed the tour and the view!
