This was our second year working with Shannon on our trip to the Dominican Republic, Dreams Dominicus! She makes sure everything is taken care of, and she is even available throughout your trip to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We will be working with her on our vacation next spring. Shannon is the best!! Shannon went above and beyond for us! Traveling with COPD is tough, mainly getting through the airport with a personal oxygen machine and onto the plane. I found out two nights before our planned trip that I needed a form signed by my doctor for the airline and FAA. I made multiply attempts on my end to get it done and save our trip. I let Shannon know the day before that we might need to cancel the trip because of the paperwork needed, she told me to hold on and would check into it with the airlines on her end, she did and was on hold for a very long time trying to get an answer, finally she did, we were able to fly with the paperwork I had. Again...Above and Beyond!!!
