Porsha was our agent for my husband and I previous cruise and she was great. She was there to answer my questions and concerns even though she was on a trip herself. She called to make sure we had everything we needed once we boarded the trip. She also checked the airline ahead of our departure to make sure our flight was on time. I would definitely recommend her and use her again.

Porsha stayed in contact with us throughout this entire experience. From day one she contacted us and explained what our next steps were, what to expect and what we needed to complete before the cruise. She messaged and made sure we got on the ship as planned and everything went smoothly. She also checked on us the day we arrived home to see how the Cruise went.

I wanted to take the time to let you know, if you are inquiring about travel, considering using Xscape. Do it! Ms Porsha has been great! She communicates with us beyond the trips, keeps us up to date on discounted trips and other opportunities and also coordinates our trips we have planned.
