This was a multiple stop trip. We wanted to go west and see the big attractions there. Started in Vegas and saw the Grand Canyon/Hoover Dam. Then Yosemite, Yellowstone, Mt Rushmore. Linda made all the arrangement for lodging,flights,cars,and tours. She found us great places to stay. Planned great tours. Everything went great. She asked alit if question about what we wanted and expected out of this trip. She worked out all the details and the trip went great. She kept in contact during the trip to make sure everything was going as planned. She was there if we had any issues or questions. Would highly recommend Linda for any travel plans you need to make.

Linda has always gone above and beyond to ensure all of our needs are met. She recommended the Grand Palladium last year and it was so fun we went back again with our large group of 12. Very friendly, informative, helpful and reassuring person. We met several times so she could answer any questions we had and basically is there for you every step of the way. We didn't experience any difficulties and had a very pleasant cruise. She assured us if we experienced any difficulties along the way with the flights,hotel and cruise to get ahold of her and she would take care of it on her end so we could have a srtress free vacation.
I have recommended her already to my grandchildren who are interested in taking a cruise.

Linda Anderson (Thompke) was immediately responsive to all aspects of anything I needed plus some all the way from the start of finding what exactly we wanted until the time we were in our car heading home. She promised to take care of anything she could if any issues popped up and held true to that, even offering her personal resources. Our trip was great in all respects that she could control. Unforeseen weather hit right before our trip and she helped coordinate a complete destination change 24 hours prior to a place with perfect weather. On the way home we experienced delays in our flights again due to weather in the US and she went as far as getting reps on conference with me to get the best plan together as possible. She stands behind her word 100% and truly cares more than anything to make sure that you are getting a vacation that you want and will love even when it falls back on her in some respects.

Linda worked very closely with my husband and I to try and find the best vacation resort. We were pretty particular on price and what activities we wanted the resort to have. After looking at many resorts she came upon the Sandos Caracol eco resort in Mexico. It had everything we were looking for. She handled the reservations, booking our flights and even checked us in for the flight so that we would not have to worry about doing that while on vacation. This was the first time we had traveled to Mexico and went to a resort and she made the whole process go through very smoothly. We will definitely go through Linda again for our next vacation.

Linda gave 110% in helping/doing the planning for our trip. Contacted the resort for us to make sure the special requests we had of the resort were made and kept. Was constantly in touch with us prior to our departure to make sure we hadn't forgotten anything from our end, such as packing, transportation, etc. When it was time for us to return home she contacted us to see what she could do for us, such as checking us in with the airline, making transportation arrangements to the airport, etc. Our Trip couldn't have been more easier and enjoyable due to her efforts.
I highly recommend using Linda for any travel plans you might want to make. I know we will be using her exclusively for all of our future travels. You will definitely not be disappointed in using Linda as your travel agent.

Enjoyed a 7 day Southern Caribbean cruise on Royal Caribbean. We departed from San Juan Puerto Rico and spent a couple days there prior to sailing. Linda handled everything and we had absolutely no problems the entire trip. From air travel, hotel, things to do in PR, the ship, excursions and extra special touches, she left no stone unturned. We received a small bon voyage gift with our packets from her and she took the time to personalize them. She checked in with us a couple times during the week to make sure all was going well & she welcomed us home! If you just want to relax with no worries or stress planning - Linda is your gal!

Linda helped us select an all inclusive, adult only resort. She provided us with several location, several resorts and the pros and cons of each . Kinda was also able to provide us with her experience, or her clients experience at each of the resorts. We selected Secrets Royal Beach and Linda was able to get us an upgrade. Our room was 5 steps from the lazy river pool. Linda also provided us with tips on what to bring with us. We will definitely use Linda again for travel arrangements

Linda, was very good at keeping me informed of any changes, etc. after the trip was booked. She helped me navigate through the Disney Experience site - which can be very challenging. If you are planning on a trip to Disney, I recommend doing the research Linda recommended and downloading the app on your phone. We used the app daily while we were touring the parks - our fast passes, reservations, map, etc. I will book future family vacations through Linda.

Linda did such a nice job, from helping us pick the perfect place to go for what we needed, to taking care of the special excursions we wanted to do, to taking care of us while we were there. It was so wonderful to have a perfectly organized trip with everything we would need in a neat binder. She took out all the work I would have had to do in organizing things and getting all the papers and reservations together! It was so wonderful! on top of that.. I simply sent her a small concern about our room while we were there and she immediately was on the phone and fixed everything above and beyond. The trip was awesome. The resort was better than advertised. Linda did a great job making sure each family got to provide some input into what they wanted out of the vacation. And the follow up and final preparation was handled quickly and everything went exactly as planned. Planning for 20 people was no easy task, but it was handled well and everyone had a great time. The bon voyage champagne and travel accessories was a nice touch, along with the customized travel folder for each family in the group. We had a great experience and look forward to working with Linda again for future family vacations.

Linda had lots and lots of suggestions for us. When we came up with an activity that she had not suggested, she offered to check into that activity and possibly get us a better price on it. She was active, on the phone, with the agents at the hotel when we had an issue at check in, and she came to our group planning events to answer any questions we had and to bring us some great goodies as a thank you. We were not an easy group to deal with because we were 5 seperate families with different aged kids and different needs and requests. She handled us beautifully and with grace. I love arranging my own vacations (perhaps I should be a travel agent?? :)), but when going out of the country I prefer to defer to the professionals.....just in case!!
