I've been working as a local tour guide since 2009 for the Huntsville Ghost Walk in Huntsville, AL and rent out my basement apartment on AirBnB, so I'm experienced in hospitality, communication, and DETAILS. I specialize in Disney (Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, and Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa), Universal Studios Florida, Virgin Voyages, Royal Caribbean, Princess Cruises, Cunard, Viking, Norwegian Cruise Line, Carnival, Sandals & Beaches and Club Med resorts.
I've completed training with these suppliers and am a member of the Cruise Line International Association. I can also book most cruise lines, plus other hotels and tours.
I've personally sailed with Royal Caribbean(1), Disney(3), Virgin Voyages(1), Norwegian Cruise Line(1), and Cunard(1). I've stayed at two all-inclusives (Mexico & Dominican Republic), Aulani (2), visited Disney World too many times to count, and visited Disneyland Paris.
I am super-detail oriented and MUST watch travel videos and reviews for every hotel, every excursion, ship, and restaurant, and especially love planning adults-only trips! I also enjoy tackling challenges because it lets me research and learn different things. How do you think you'd manage at Disney World or on a cruise with a no-chew diet? Other special circumstances? My "day job" is in data, so I am extremely detail-oriented and LOVE documentation. How are you getting from the airport to the destination? How do you find the transfer, who do you call if they aren't there? What is the limit on an "unlimited" package? What extras are they going to charge you for? What's the best restaurant, how do you make reservations, and what's their specialty? What activities are going to work for your whole group? What activities can they splinter and do separately at the same time?
I can provide itineraries that have all this and more. I make sure you have every reservation & contact number for every step of your trip so you are prepared from the second you walk out your door until you're back home.
