Want the vacation of a lifetime? Take me along! (You’ll never see me but should you need me, I’ll be there in a flash.) True story: A potential client once asked, “Why should I book my trip to Hawaii through you when I could book it myself?” My answer: “When you travel with a travel agent, you never travel alone.” Fortunately, Tom saw the wisdom in that and had me make all the arrangements for his two-week family vacation. On the last day of the trip, his wife became ill. Instead of heading to the airport, they headed to the emergency room. And with a call to me at 9pm ET - I went to work – rebooking their flights, finding a hotel room near the airport and doing everything in my power to ensure that their family vacation ended on a positive note. After returning home, Tom stopped by my office to thank me and vowed that he and his family will never travel without me. While I take pride in my ability to solve problems on the fly, what I really enjoy is using my two decades of experience to help clients find the perfect locale and accommodations for their vacation – whether it be a family getaway, a destination wedding or a honeymoon.
