Oh my gosh, we had an amazing time in Cancun at Live Aqua! Erin handled everything, suggesting different options and was 100% transparent with pricing. 15/10 experience all the way around. I'll never book a trip any other way!

We came to see Erin after trying to work with a travel agent online that just wasn't working well with us. Erin listened, made adjustments to our requests & found a great resort for us in a place we hadn't yet visited. She gave us everything we needed to do and know way ahead of time, including her own tips for traveling. We will definitely work with her for our next adventure!

Erin was so responsive and planned our trip like she was planning for her own family. She also checked in with us while we were on our trip to make sure all was going well and we did not have questions. Erin was also proactive for our return trip when airlines were reporting delays just to make sure we would have no issues. Thr trip was amazing!

Erin was such a big help with planning out and even finding our location for our honeymoon! While we were down there we ran into some problems with our reservations. Erin handled all of the issues with the resort for us so that we could be stress free and enjoy our honeymoon! She even kept us updated on the weather and made sure that we made it back safe from our trip!

Erin was nothing short of amazing. She was very attentive, not a detail was missed, and she was always available for any questions, even after hours. She will be our "forever" travel agent!
