Exceptional Service for Our Honeymoon in Tahiti!

Working with Flo to plan our honeymoon to Tahiti was such a wonderful experience. From start to finish, everything felt smooth and seamless, and she made the entire planning process so easy and stress-free for us. Flo is the most patient person I know. I’m not so well versed in travel details, but want them all. She listens to me and answers my questions about my concerns even when I’ve asked repeatedly because I worry about details. It takes a special person and she’s it! A greek island dream

Flo is very responsive to our requests. She picked the best tours in Athens as it is our first time in Europe. She is pleasant to deal with. Also the cruise suggestion was right on point. 7 days in
the Balkan Sea was epic. We enjoy our ports destinations and our sea view from our balcony was a dream. We felt like in a second honeymoon. She is very knowleadgeable on the itineraries and was available in all the questions we had.

What can I say about Flo? Working with her was an exceptional experience. Although I was initially skeptical about using a travel agent, thinking I could manage everything myself, I reached out to Flo at my mom's insistence. Flo quickly won me over with her genuine sincerity. I shared my itinerary and preferences for a flexible two-week trip, and Flo delivered an excellent first plan. As our plans changed, she adeptly revised the itinerary to meet our needs. When we needed to shorten our vacation to eight days due to a family issue, Flo handled the change gracefully, providing us with a new plan. Despite last-minute changes, including adding my mother-in-law, Flo managed everything swiftly and effectively. When our flight was canceled due to a Microsoft glitch, Flo was incredibly responsive. She informed me about insurance coverage, contacted our hotel and pickup service, and prioritized resolving our issues despite dealing with her own travel problems at LAX. Dedication exceptiona

Best Travel Agent Ever

Flo is an amazing travel agent! My friend and I were going to travel to Barbados, but unfortunately our trip had to be canceled due to Hurricane Beryl. Flo spent countless hours on the phone with our hotel trying to get us a refund. She was successful and my card was credited within 2 days. They gave her a hard time, but Flo never gave up!
Another thing I love about Flo is she’s always available. Anytime I text her, she responds almost immediately. She is very knowledgeable about travel and can find the best deals. I will not ever use any other travel agent than Flo! She is just awesome!
