The best part of my trip was... Everything! I enjoyed how you were with me every part of the way!   Updating me on changes even at inconvenient times for you. Traveling alone for the first time, I was a little apprehensive.   The level of service and care shown to me by made me feel like I wasn't alone the whole trip!  

my travel agent, Danielle, was amazing! My husband and I, we are not travel savvy, so when it came down to it, it was as if she was traveling with us. Each time we weren't sure which direction to go, we would say to each other, "check text messages/email,"and she would be 5 steps ahead of us! She knew what gates/terminals we should be at, because the airline would change them, while you’re sitting at the original gate. Don’t get me started on departures, arrivals or any delays! I think she works 24-7, because there was an 18 hour difference between us, she would respond in a timely manner. My husband was totally grateful for the seats on the plane because of is height!! The best part of our trip was...Our hotel and its location! The hotel is in walking distance from all eateries. You were the best! Before going on my trip, I wish I had known not to pack so many clothes. The best part of my trip was the cruise and the food.

Danielle provided all the trip information I needed in a text (much more familiar to me than the Tripit) and she checked in with me and told me which gate the next flight was leaving from.

I can't wait to use your expertise to plan a really complicated trip!!! Those are always hard; so many moving parts compared to domestic trips round trip to one location.
