Having never been to Kauai, I consulted with Ranae to assist in planning our trip there. I know that she's been to Hawaii multiple times, including Kauai, so I trusted her advice. She definitely help make our trip a success!
We spent three nights at the Kauai Shores hotel, a terrific property that Ranae booked for us. We also spent half a day exploring Waimea Canyon State Park after the rave reviews Ranae gave it; definitely worth every minute we spent there. And, we enjoyed a catamaran tour of the Na'Pali Coast with Na Pali Experience, another Ranae recommendation. She also gave us lots of tips for food options and how to best make the use of our time visiting the other parts of the island. I will not hesitate to consult Ranae again for our next trip to Hawaii!

Renae is the best. She took such good care of us from checking on us while we were traveling to the cruise ship to checking on us at the various ports we visited and recommending interesting excursions, to checking on us as we traveled home. She went above and beyond helping us with every detail. I highly recommend Renae and we will definitely be using her services again in the near future. She is the best!

As a family of 5, bookings can be tricky since most accommodations are for 4. Ranae originally helped us book a cruise to the Caribbean for summer with our boys but decided to switch it up. Without any hesitation, Ranae looked up new options for us to go to Alaska instead. She found us a great sailing, a room to fit us all and was had our reservation switch over. Leading up to the cruise, Ranae was always on top of reminding us about payment deadlines, getting excursions booked, offering fun suggestions based on her experiences there, and helping with transfers before and after the cruise. Ranae even checked in during the cruise to make sure we were happy with everything. We would definitely recommend her to our family and friends for their travels too!

I was so overwhelmed trying to plan our first family trip to Disney. Some friends recommended Ranae to us and she not only got us better deals than we could find on our own but also graciously walked us through all the tips and tricks we need to have a smooth, and I have to say, truly magical trip.
