This was the best Disney trip (so far… obviously already mentally planning more). Kelsey helped to calculate the cost of everything I wanted to add, helped to navigate a split stay, gave me her best recommendations and overall everything went so smoothly. Even up until the end when my flight was cancelled and booked for the next day! She was on the phone to re-book transportation and help to book my hotel for an extra night. 10/10, 100 stars! Kelsey helped us book an all-inclusive resort, and when everything was settled, we realized that the dates actually didn't work for us! And then we changed our dates again for a cheaper flight. And Kelsey handled everything with ease, never making us feel like it was an issue at all. We also loved her quick responses!
