We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Kristen to book our Disney cruise. She took care of everything from start to finish and made the entire process incredibly simple and stress-free. She guided us through every detail and shared all the tips and info we needed to know before boarding so we felt completely prepared and excited rather than overwhelmed. Traveling with family can be a lot but thanks for Kristen’s organization, knowledge, and attention to detail our Disney cruise was seamless and magical. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend!

Kristen is an awesome travel Agent. She has booked, planned and put together vacation trips for us that have included a river cruise, several ocean cruises, and vacation stays at Walt Disney World and Universal Studios in Florida. She has planned ground transportation from airports to hotels and from hotels to ports. And from port to airports. She has made dinner reservations for different on property restaurants in WDW. Kristen is knowledgeable on all aspects of travel and we appreciate her suggestions as we know the end result will be far superior than what we would plan. On a trip to New York when the airlines were basically shut down due to system wide computer issues she saw to it that we had hotel reservations and were able to get on flights back to the West Coast and home while flights were being cancelled or delayed nationwide. Wouldn’t have gotten home without here getting flights for us. Yes, Kristen is the best!!!!!

Her knowledge and attention to detail made the planning and execution of my trip simple, flawless, and convenient and fun.
