Joy assisted me with planning my cruise for my daughter and I. We have been planning a trip with another Mother and Daughter we met on a cruise in 2023. Logistically, it was a lot of planning and organizing as I live in Florida and our friends live in New York. Joy was instrumental in organizing all of our plans from hotel recommendations, transfers from the port, flight options, places to see. You name it and Joy had an answer and if she didn't she would find the answer. I highly recommend Joy for your travel plans and I will not hestitate to enlist her assistance again when we plan our next trip.

Joy helped plan my family vacation which included 5 families for a total of 22 people from all over the US. She made sure we could all sit together for dinner every night and provided each family a gift. The trip happened without any hiccups!

Way back in 2019, my wife and I engaged Joy to help us plan a Mediterranean Cruise to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary in 2020. We'll, thanks to that little pandemic thing, we had to move plans out a year and eventually cancel which was very disappointing. At the time, even though we were unable to travel due to COVID, we were grateful to Joy for helping manage all the changes. Fortunately, we were able work with Joy in 2025 to make this trip a reality for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Joy was most excellent to work with from the time we reached out until we completed our trip. She was able to suggest the perfect location for our cruise stateroom, guidance on what to do while in port, and advisement on flights and such was spot on. Her attention to detail is impeccable and we appreciated her experience in managing the booking with Royal Caribbean. She stayed in contact with us throughout the process but did not overwhelm us with communications. Overall, Joy was awesome to work

I needed to escape the NY winter for a long weekend with my wife. Joy recommended the Sandals in Nassau and took care of everything. The resort was perfect - great food, service and location. Do not try to this DIY! I’ve been to Disney about 15-20 times in my life and I would completely recommend using Joy vs. trying it on your own- not worth the headache!!!
