My trip to Croatia was absolutely amazing. We kicked things off in Zagreb, where we soaked in the vibrant city atmosphere. After exploring a bit, we hit the road to Plitvice Lakes. The drive was stunning, with beautiful landscapes and charming little stops along the way.Arriving in Plitvice, we were blown away by the sheer beauty of the national park. Staying close to the park allowed us to walk there every morning, and it was such a treat to beat the crowds. The lakes were incredible—bright blue waters surrounded by lush greenery and cascading waterfalls. Walking along the wooden paths that wind through the park felt like stepping into a postcard. I loved how each viewpoint offered a different perspective of the lakes, and the sounds of the waterfalls created such a peaceful atmosphere.Everyone we met was so friendly, adding to the welcoming vibe of the area. It was great to see families and locals enjoying the park as well. We took our time exploring, capturing photos of the stunning scenery and taking in the fresh air. I even spotted some wildlife, which was a nice surprise!After soaking in all that beauty, we headed to Split, stopping at some of the most gorgeous beaches along the coast. Split was fantastic! The mix of cobblestone streets and ancient buildings with modern life was such a sight to see. We spent a couple of days just lounging on the clear beaches and soaking up the sun.We also took some day trips to nearby places like Trogir, which had its own charm. One of my favorite parts was taking boat tours to magical caves and secret beaches—every beach we visited was more blue than the last! We explored some castles and enjoyed delicious fried fish that was super fresh.Our last stop was Dubrovnik, and wow, it was the perfect way to end our trip. The old city walls and stunning views of the Adriatic Sea were breathtaking. Walking through those narrow streets was like stepping back in time, and I loved every moment of it.
