We were blown away at the ease working with Caitlin the Vacationeer made for our trip. From transportation, explanations, tips and tricks for how to navigate the parks and ship for some first timers! Caitlin knew the answer to every question we had. We will use The Vacationeer for our next Disney adventure hands down!

Thank you so much for your help in planning! The hotel was great and so easy to go back and forth to Magic Kingdom which helped for our 2 year old. I was worried about the room size but it ended up being perfect for our group. The character dining and BBB was so much fun. The kids loved it! Looking to go again soon!

Our trip was great. Our room was not ready for a while after check in so they let us have an open preferred room. We really liked how close it was to the lobby and skyliner. The pool and laundry rooms were awesome. We were so impressed with the cafeteria and new coffee shop at POP, we found it so much easier to navigate than other resorts we’ve stayed at. The coffee shop had great coffee, ice cream and treats. We loved the seating options too, tables, booths and couches to choose from. We appreciate all of the work you did for us again. Your booking everything from dinners to rides and even applying new promotions made everything seamless and stress free. Your emails with tips and knowledge about Disney are very helpful.

What an amazing trip!! Let me just say we couldn't have done it without you. Eight months of planning across two states and 11 family members was a huge success, your expertise, kindness and patience with all of our never ending questions and concerns created a vacation packed with wonderful memories we will never forget. It's so hard to pick a favorite but the smiles on my grandsons faces was worth every penny and is something I will never forget. The resort was unbelievable the parks filled with fun and pure magic. Everything from transportation, restaurants and scooters down to the smallest details was spot on. There are always going to be a couple bumps in the road like flight delays and me leaving my phone in my pocket during the Jurassic river ride (yes it was cooked) but that is to be expected. Between all of us we have hundreds of pictures which are starting to pop up on FB, Instagram etc. Let me just that the LL premiere passes were an an absolute game changer! Is there anything we can do for you as far as letting the Vacationeer know what a fantastic job you did for us? The Vacationeer...and specifically Caitlin Dixon are THE BEST! Caitlin helped my partner and I plan an amazing trip to Disney World last year. I had a wonderful experience working with The Vacationeer! Caitlin Dixon was our travel planner and she did an amazing job of crafting a perfect itinerary for us at Disney World. She arranged all our hotels, transportation, dining, and special activities at each park. Once our itinerary was complete, she walked through each day with me to make sure I was comfortable with all the plans and answered all my questions. She was very patient, had great attention to detail, and responded to my inquiries very quickly. It was so hard for me to believe that she put in all that work and I didn’t have to pay a dime for it!
