One of the most powerful moments I’ve experienced was in the Sahara Desert in Merzouga, Morocco. I rode a camel with a small group I was hosting, climbed to the highest peak of the dunes, and sat quietly overlooking the vast desert as the sun set. In that stillness, when you tune into your own energy, you begin to feel something unexplainable — a connection between you and the land. It feels grounding. Healing. Like your nervous system can finally breathe.

You can feel that same magic at Lake Louise before the crowds arrive — when the water is calm, the air is crisp, and time slows down. Nature has a way of bringing you back to yourself.
