Kim was a fantastic agent! She went above and beyond to make sure everything we wanted to do was included in our trip. She made an itinerary for us to have an idea as to what we could do to save time and our feet. She stayed in contact with me through the entire planning process to make sure we didn't need to add or remove anything. She gave excellent recommendations. She knows a lot of information for where we were going. She called up to 2 days before we were leaving to make sure we were all set with everything. I will definitely use Kim again for our next trip!

Her First Disney and His Birthday!!!

Sincerely Kim was fantastic from beginning to end! I am a total birthday grouch and I thought this year I’m going to change that. I took a page out of my bride’s playbook and planned my own birthday weekend in Disney. I was super busy at work and a bit overwhelmed with all the Disney strategies. Kim wiped that all away. She made the whole process easy. She was there to answer all our questions and she even helped out after we arrived with some last minute details. We had such a great time we’ve already booked a return trip with Kim’s help. Super thankful for Kim! She carried the torch and made sure we didn’t miss a thing!!!

Long Weekend Getaway

We made a relatively last minute decision to take a family vacation to Disney and we lucked out finding Kim. She found a wonderful family suite for us (Finding Nemo at AoA), was wonderful with dining reservations, and helped us every step of the way. We will probably go back in a couple years once the kids are a bit older and I can't wait to call Kim back.

I was so fortunate to g et assigned to Kim doing a random internet search. I was clueless and just wanted to try and recreate my childhood Disney World experience. Fast forward Kim has taken my family to Disneyland, Disneyworld, and a Disney Cruise. She was right there for us through the Disney World hurricane and we always had a voice to talk. Hands down, the best!

I can’t thank Kim with The Vacationeer enough! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with booking a most magical Disney vacation. The options for resort stays were great! We picked the Old Key West resort which was super clean and comfortable!! The bus transportation to and from the parks was easy. Would definitely stay there again. Kim’s recommendations were spot on. We spoke of you often around our house and how privileged and "ahead of the game" we felt with our own personal vacation planner!
