Teresa is a fabulous travel agent. She not only does a fantastic job booking our trips, getting us perfect airline seats and has wonderful follow-through when we get home. We always have Teresa's phone number with us if we
should experience any problems. One time we were in LA and our flight was cancelled. Teresa made arrangements for us to get to Hawaii the same day on different flights. She is better than having "mom" on speed-dial!!!

Teresa booked our 1st out of the country vacation. It was a group trip of 10 majority 1st timers. She made the planning of a large group simple and answered all the questions that we had but most importantly shared her tips and tricks and things that can happen and what to look for. It’s nerve wracking to go to a country you’ve never been but she prepared us and we knew we could call on her if anything came up. She also would call after the trip to see how it was to make sure she gives her customers view of everyone that visits.
