Dana Junaev helped me to find a great resort for a great price for a last minute unplanned vacation. From the minute I called her I felt her professionalism, efficiency, willingness to help and personal approach. Even though I have never met her, I could feel that she cared about me. I was very touched that she emailed to wish me happy Birthday during the trip, and even sent a card in the mail after the trip. Dana is an amazing professional and very kind person and I would highly recommend her services.

Working with Dana was an incredible experience. She is patient, very knowledgeable and provided us with excellent insight that helped us to make decisions along the way. We also really appreciated her patience with navigating the Air Canada strike situation. We were all stressed about the potential of a cancellation as the strike occurred in the week leading up to our trip, but Dana responded to us quickly and shared information with us as it became available to her. She followed up with us regularly to ensure that our plans ran smoothly. We had a wonderful time and my husband keeps talking about booking a vacation for next year. I will definitely be reaching out to Dana when that time comes.

Multigenerational Family Trip

We just got back from Punta Cana and couldn't be happier. Dana continuously looked to find us a great deal, considering we were going during peak March break time. She was patient, gave lots of options and understood our needs, as our group of 6, included 2 children and 2 seniors, who we needed to accommodate for. The hotel recommended was everything we wanted. The food, location, amenities, and everything else were perfect. We would go back to this resort and go through Dana again. She made the process seamless, and went above and beyond to ensure we were set up with everything needed to make this trip smooth and enjoyable. She sent reminders, informed us about the entry visa requirements, called Air Transat to ensure my kids had their kids club accounts, sent a packing list, and also emailed when we were there to make sure all was well. She was such a pleasure, and I would recommend her services to anyone looking for their next getaway! Thank you, Dana!

Amazing Trip

My husband and I typically book our own couples destination. It is something that does take time, but we definitely preferred this route in the past as we have requirements that we felt would be best if we handled it on our own. We decided for this upcoming trip to try and use a travel agent, as we do have 3 little ones and are quite busy. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Dana. From the moment we expressed our wants to her she was on the hunt to find us exactly what we wanted. She did not rest until she found a place that suited our preferences. We had the most magical weekend in the DR, at the most beautiful resort. We will be using Dana 100% moving forward with all of our bookings, including family ventures. Dana we can’t thank you enough for your patience, your hard work, and positive energy in finding us what we needed most given our very busy lives. I would recommend her!!!!
