Carnival Firenze = Fun!!

We cruised on the Carnival Firenze out of Long Beach, California, October 7–12, 2025, and had a great time! Even though Hurricane Priscilla made us miss Cabo, the captain and crew kept us safe — and that’s what counts. We got to visit Ensenada twice, explored shops, ate delicious tacos at Birrieria La Guadalajara, and visited La Bufadora Blowhole.
Halloween on board was a blast — we dressed up and even took 4th place in the couples costume contest! Big thanks to Christian at the coffee shop for remembering us daily and Muis, our cabin steward, for keeping our room spotless and being so attentive.
And a huge shoutout to Cheryl, who was amazing from start to finish — always checking in and making sure everything went smoothly, even after we returned!!
It was a fun, safe, and memorable cruise with great company!

Honeymoon vacation

We have had Cheryl plan a cruise for us before, which was amazing! Bit for our honeymoon wanted something more romantic. We at first picked to go to another resort which after choosing decided to close to remodel and change names. Cheryl was on top of it and got us reserved with Secrets Papagayo in Costa Rica. Also, on top of getting all the accommodations switched she got us upgraded to a beautiful suite and even called to verify we were getting the specific rm # we wanted. She checked in with us the day before we left to make sure we were good to go and that she would contact us with any flight changes during our travel. She checked in during our stay to make sure everything was perfect and on our travel home was on top of flights that got delayed and kept us notified. During our planning process she was always quick to get back to me on questions we had and she was amazing with the changing resorts last minute. We would recommend her to everyone we know and will be using her services for our yearly trips for as long as we can travel.

Las Vegas Trip

Although this was more of a business trip, I was able to enjoy some of the wonderful restaurants Las Vegas has to offer. Cheryl did an excellent job of putting together my flight to and from this destination. I did not have to worry about any of the minute details of this trip thanks to Cheryl's expertise. I do recommend dining at Gordon Ramsay's Steakhouse, the staff was very professional, and the food was amazing! Also, try Ramsay's Pub and Grill for a more laid-back experience. The food was exceptional there as well.

Awesome

Cheryl was awesome. Planning the trip a little snafu, at the beginning. When our rooms weren't even close together, they were far apart from each other. But in the end, it worked out Okay. The resort was beautiful, awesome place to be, pools are excellent. Food was amazing, unlimited drinks. All inclusive is the way to go. The beach wasnt necessarily the blue oacen we were hoping to see though. The staff was very friendly and always hellpful. A fair amount of activites abaia6. Thanks again for all your help. Hope to be in contact again in the future.

Our vacation planning started with a weekend getaway with the kids for Christmas. Early January we reached out to Cheryl to start planning and getting a budget. She was amazing! We had lots of options with hotels and houses as we are a family of 6! We chose Great Wolf Lodge and it was perfect!! We really had a lot going on and time got away from me so 3 months later I finally get back to her about all of our plans. And she made a last minute reservation for us 3 weeks before our trip! So glad we were able to get the suite we wanted!!! The app she uses for payments and itinerary was amazing too! Had everything we needed to keep and know plus very user friendly. Great Wolf Lodge kept us very busy with their amazing pool area and tons of other activities inside plus everything was we needed was on our wrist band which was my favorite part! Definitely a must see place! We also took our kids to the Mall of America for a day and there was so much to do there!! We loved playing mini golf! We

Loved Wisconsin!

Cheryl did a wonderful job finding us a vacation spot that we were able to have a great time, relax and have fun making awesome memories together! When I first contacted Cheryl we didn't know what we wanted to do or where we exactly we wanted to go. She gave us some great suggestions based on what we thought we wanted, which we will certainly consider for future vacations. Our plans were forced to change due to some unforeseen circumstances & with very short notice we contacted Cheryl again needing to make changes in our plans and vacation closer to home.
