Our experience working with Kristina AND our experience at Atelier were excellent from beginning to end. Kristina was very helpful, attentive and found Atelier for us based on what we were looking for. She presented several options and worked with us to find dates, times, flights that all worked with our needs. She sent a travel guide book to us in the mail a couple weeks before we left which was SO helpful! She is thorough and thoughtful. We recommend her to anyone who wants to reduce the stress of trip planning so that you can enjoy the experience rather than being overwhelmed by the details. Kristina was absolutely amazing and couldn’t have done it without her. Everything she helped with as amazing, the tours, hotels, even advice to a first time overseas traveler like me. Family Trip to Cancun

Incredible Trip!

We had absolutely the best time in Italy! Kristina was so helpful - finding us accommodations, tours, restaurant suggestion, etc. She helped us start our planning from scratch when I wasn't even sure which part of the country I wanted to go to. She gave us 2 thorough proposals to help me decide. She took into account the type of vacation we wanted to have, and incorporated any requests into the plan. She gave us printed copies of our itinerary and tickets. As well as travel tips, a packing list, and common Italian phrases. She answered the phone every time I called her in a panic (which was more than once) because something went wrong. She calmly helped me fix it when our flight got canceled, when my payment for the hotel kept getting stopped, when my ticket app wouldn't load the tour tickets, and gave great advice on where to get money exchanged. Great Family Trip to the Punta Cana!

What started as a stressful situation—our original resort canceled on us last minute—turned into a dream vacation thanks to Kristina.Within 24 hours, they found us the resort, and we’re so grateful!
From the moment we arrived, the resort exceeded our expectations. The property is huge, but very well laid out, easily accommodating our large group.
