I just got back from Italy last week, and am already working with her on planning my next adventure!

We had absolutely the best time in Italy! Kristina was so helpful - finding us accommodations, tours, restaurant suggestion, etc. She helped us start our planning from scratch when I wasn't even sure which part of the country I wanted to go to. She gave us 2 thorough proposals to help me decide. She took into account the type of vacation we wanted to have, and incorporated any requests into the plan. She calmly helped me fix it when our flight got canceled, when my payment for the hotel kept getting stopped, when my ticket app wouldn't load the tour tickets, and gave great advice on where to get money exchanged.
