My wife and I visited Africa in 2024 and Selena was the master mind behind this vacation. We had a few countries that we absolutely needed to hit and she did an incredible job planning out not just the best way of getting to each of them but did a great job of keeping us informed on customs for ever country we visited. My wife and I travel a lot and film everything we do. I typically bring my drone with me but had no clue that drones are illegal in Egypt, which was only one of the 4 countries we planed for. Well Selena found a work around which was to mail our drone to the hotel of our last stop so that I didn’t get it confiscated and could still use it for most of our trip. She did such a great job of planning out our daily activities but what really meant the most was her ability to make us feel safe and secure during our entire trip. If I had a question she already had an answer, even if it was 3am back in the states. Couldn’t have picked a better person for our trip.

Originally we asked Selena to research hotels in Puerto Rico for my husband and I to get away for the weekend and she did it incredibly fast, listening to all our wishes and found the exact location. However we decided to switch gears and go for a longer vacation to the Grand Caymans. Selena was able to quickly pivot and find us the perfect hotel and fun exciting activities on this beautiful island. Selena is very resourceful and listened to exactly what I was looking for in our vacation getaway. We won’t book a vacation without help guidance again.

Selena was always responsive and supportive throughout the planning and experience of our trip. There were a few issues with some of the suppliers but thankfully I was able to figure things out before they were issues. Selena brought my feedback to the suppliers so they can adjust their practices accordingly.

Selena was wonderful to work with! She helped plan our itinerary in Japan/thailand which was thoughtfully curated and gave us the off the beaten path feel we looked for when exploring a new country. She was our first travel agent used for a trip and I would highly recommended and use her services again! Still thankful for all the tips and information for navigating trains and the offline resources provided in the itinerary.

It was a great trip help setup by Selena. Planning a trip isnt easy but the true test is what do you do when something goes wrong and on our trip it did and Selena responded quickly and helped us. That alone I would recommend her services.
