Jo-Ann is an amazing person to work with. She took our wedding of 30 from around the world and made sure every detail was looked after. She made sure that all of the complications that come with a destination wedding were fully managed. She was always available and made sure we knew exactly what was going on from the very moment we were deciding where to go up till we returned and a friendly check in to make sure all went well. Jo-Ann was fantastic! This was my first trip down south with my spouse in over 30 years and we were a little nervous. She was patient (as we changed dates twice), listened to our concerns and provided several suggestions based on what we asked for in our price range. She was great at explaining the booking process, the documents needed and followed up quickly with every question we had. She arranged for cancellation insurance and prebooked our plane seats for us so we would have less to worry about. Let me just say, she nailed it! She made the whole process simple and stress free for us. The resort we went to was also exactly what we were hoping for, and we had a fantastic time. We will be using Jo-Ann for all our future trips!

we have booked over 5 trips with Ms. Hall and each one has been made completely stress free. The most recent trip to Mexico had my wife afraid of the covid. Ms. Hall called and checked the status of the virus at the hotel and in the city and reassured my wife from first hand accounts, that travel was completely safe. I was fortunate to meet Jo-Ann in Cuba and she has been booking my trips ever since.

She booked this trip for my whole family and we were not all traveling together. The flight was delayed in Ottawa due to weather but once we boarded I received a big hug from Jo-Ann who happened to be the flight attendant as well. How fortunate..it seemed that it started whole new service as all the passenger then expected a hug as they boarded. Jo-Ann always a good sport gave a lot of hugs that day. This trip wasn't just a trip. My mom was born in Holland and was turning 80 years of age and we decided to send her back to Holland to see all her brother and sisters as they are all getting up their in age.

Jo-Ann was amazing. I had come to her with a request for a trip to Cuba with 20 of my friends. She gave us many choices to choose from, picking the best ones she thought. Dealing with 20 younger adults (age 20-21) can defenitly be difficult, but she handled it with ease, and was very patient with us. All in all we had a blast, and the trip went as smooth as can be.

When we travel with Jo-Ann, we travel worry free, because if you need anything she is always ready to help. couple of years ago we booked a trip to punta Cana and our hotel was not ready to open on the day we arrive, Jo-Ann, was able to find us an upgrade hotel, and obtain free stay from the original hotel. Wow.......... we are so happy with the services and the care that Jo-Ann provide to us.
