Great customer service ..

The travel going was horrible. Pick up from airport was horrible. Hotel room smelled. The food was not that good. The restaurants was in the same place just changed name outside at night. There was not alot of guests and the activities were not advertised so guests would want to participate. Something they need to work on. The excursions we chose were good. The beach water was beautiful. The travel back home was all day.

I recently took my first solo trip to Cancun, and it was an amazing experience thanks to Calaundra! She booked me at a beautiful adults-only, all-inclusive resort with stunning views, delicious restaurants, and a perfect location—right across the street from the mall. She went above and beyond by sending thoughtful reminders and checking in on me throughout the trip. I also appreciated the travel-sized goodies she sent ahead of time, which came in handy. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!
