Lora was amazing. She helped us plan a very extensive two week European vacation. We knew the cities we wanted to travel to and the types of excursions we were interested in doing. We have planned big trips ourselves in the past but for this one we felt the planning aspect was a bit overwhelming as we were planning on visiting 5 cities and meeting up with a daughter who was studying abroad. She booked our flights, all transfers, and helped us book amazing tours. We had three on our trip the first week and four on the second, which proved a booking challenge in itself. Lora made our Hawaii trip very easy to book!!! All the hotel choices and tours that we discussed were amazing!! The hotels were in the right locations and easy to access. Viking experience was excellent, (service, ship and food were all first rate). Only two things would have made it better. Descriptions of excursions could be better. Many required a significant walk to get to the transportation or the start of the tour. Some required an hour or more on the bus each way. Trip to the Zurich airport was a $450 taxi. Could have gone to the train station in Basel for a ride or could have flown from Basel.

Since she has travelled so much herself, she was also able to provide a lot of first-hand knowledge which really put our minds at ease. I am anxious traveler, and I love documentation and being organized. Lora thought of everything and made sure we were well-prepared for our trip. Traveling is often very stressful for me, and Lora really made it as stress-free as possible. On top of that, the resort and the overall trip really lived up to everything we had read and we had just a fantastic time.

I'd never used a travel agent before, but I'm so glad we booked a trip with Lora. She was fantastic through all phases of the process. She gave great advice in choosing a resort and an excursion, and was unfailingly patient while we coordinated schedules and determined which of us could go. Once we were all booked, she had a Zoom call with all of us, gave advice, answered questions. She sent us a packet with all the documents we needed, put together conveniently, along with lots of good general advice for Mexico. Once we got there, the resort was beautiful. We had more than one person tell us, basically, "oh, you picked the right place" when they found out where we were staying. Planning a Disney vacation is overwhelming and expensive. I normally plan our vacations but this one was too much for me. A friend referred us to Lora and she saved the day!
