The overall experience was AWESOME. Food, fun, and the overall experience. Joanie was able to set us up for a week long getaway at Sandals. What has always been the most attractive feature is Joanie's ability to coordinate ALL aspects of our getaway with first hand experience of each resort she refers to. We just completed our 3rd Caribbean vacation and we have since then scheduled future vacations through 2027. We absolutely appreciate Joanie and her professional demeanor, awesome suggestions, and detailed instructions for our vacations as this allows to focus on simply enjoying our vacations.

I traveled with a group of high school friends to Europe in 2023 and 2025. We initially had a faceless agent who we were never able to get in contact with and had several issues that needed to be resolved. Switched over to Joanie and she quickly resolved these issues and made the rest of our vacation planning very smooth
