Jay helped us plan our dream trip! We traveled to Greece, then boarded a Viking ship for the Antiquities Cruise, and finished our journey with several wonderful days in Rome. Every detail was perfectly arranged. We loved the hotels Jay selected—our rooms were fabulous—and every transfer was smooth and right on time. Our Viking cabin was on the best floor and in the perfect location on the hallway. Jay was always available to call or text, day or night, and even checked in on us periodically during the trip. His expert planning allowed us to relax and fully enjoy the experience without worrying about the details. The outlined trip summary to our accommodations were top notch, the planned excursions (Pearl Harbor USS Arizona Memorial & Battleship Missouri, Wailele Luau Including Fire and Knife Performances, Maui Coast Slingshot Tour) and even arranged transportation from the airports to our hotels, arranged travel to the USS Arizona which meant NO stress in an unfamiliar environment! We appreciate how you stayed in touch with us periodically, especially during our flight delay at DFW on our way home. Only wish is that we could have stayed longer, we didn't want to leave!! Jay did a great job of helping us plan our trip to Las Vegas. He took care of every detail; airplane, hotel, and concert tickets. Our original trip got changed due to the concert being canceled.
