Rima was very informative about the little details of the trip, she readily answered all my questions and concerns, was keen to keep me updated with any changes in the itinerary and e mailed me all the options of the excursions, was never pushy and is very pleasant to deal with. The trip was very timely and organized, the hotel choices were perfect in all the cities that we visited; close to downtown and all the amenities. The tour guide was amazing and his English was fluent. Food was good and the people are very friendly.

Rima was professional and helpful. She helped with with my hotels booking for my trip to Portugal. I visited Lisbon, Porto and Lagos and all hotels were excellent . I am happy with the service she provided me
