Amazing! Johanna crafted a beautiful itinerary for us incorporating everything I wanted to do and helped me to prioritize what was the most important to see. She came up with events that I never would have thought of. For example, she scheduled us a bike ride tour to see all the monuments in DC. We never could’ve gotten to them all with the kids walking but I wouldn’t have figured that out until it was too late! She could anticipate the needs of our family better than I did. We traveled from DC, to NYC, to Boston, and then the cherry on top was Niagara Falls in Canada! It was the longest trip our family has ever taken. Everything was flawless, from the flights to the great time on Coco Plum Island!! This trip did not disappoint!!!

Johanna helped plan and organize our 10-Night Panama Canal cruise. Not only did she check into price drops (even after the cruise lines final payment date she was able to get us the lower rate), but she helped us figure out the travel insurance options and gave us some tips and suggestions for the cruise and shore excursions. Having our pre-cruise meet-up to give us all our needed paperwork and answer all our last minute questions was so helpful with relieving our pre-vacation jitters. She even surprised us with a sail away treat that was so very thoughtful! Knowing that Johanna was a phone call, test, or email away if anything went awry to help us navigate solutions was very comforting as well. Happy to report the vacation went off without a hitch and I think Johanna even has an inside line with Mother Nature as rain was expected at a number of our ports, but we never encountered any of it.

Our 25th anniversary trip was truly unforgettable—thank you for helping us create such a special family memory! Flying business class on Air Tahiti Nui was worth every penny, with excellent service and a smooth flight. We stayed at the Hilton in Tahiti and Moorea, and the St. Regis in Bora Bora. Tahiti itself was busy and not quite what I expected, but excursions made it worthwhile. Moorea was beautiful, with the included breakfast being a highlight and boat tours worth doing. Bora Bora was our favorite—the St. Regis was incredible, with fantastic staff, amazing overwater bungalows, and fun excursions like jet skiing. French Polynesia is expensive, so travelers should plan accordingly, bring adapters, bug spray, and motion-sickness remedies. The weather changes quickly, but overall, it was beautiful every day. Overall, I’d rate this trip a 9/10—an amazing and memorable experience we’ll always treasure.

Johanna is always happy to plan our trips, whether it be a cruise or like this one, flying back East. Things happen and sometimes there needs to be some tweaks and she is happy to do it. Sometimes I think I can plan the trip but it is always frustrating. Johanna takes the worry out of planning it. We have been using her for 6 years and will continue to do so for future trips.

We not only worked with Johanna, but also traveled with her. It takes unimaginable organizational skills to get 29 people from different parts of the country to and from an island off Belize. I was a little hesitant in booking my first cruise experience with a group but the camaraderie and activities with the First Responders group added to an awesome fun week. Johanna did an excellent job in planning a surprise trip for my wife's 40th b-day. She arranged a stay for us in a ranch house near Sedona, AZ. My wife was so excited! Johanna helped to make it a trip of a lifetime. Upon arrival, we were made to feel as though we were part of the family. This was an actual working cattle ranch and Johanna arranged for us to go on a private horseback ride through the mountains in the area. Later that night, we enjoyed an outdoor cookout with live music and fun activities. What an excellent trip! Johanna was always available if we had questions. I was also told by the staff of the ranch that they enjoyed dealing with her over the phone because of her professionalism. They stated they could tell she was very attentive and wanted to ensure her clients (us) had a memorable stay. Thanks again, Johanna, for all of your hard work. It does not go unnoticed.

I met Johanna when she coordiated a good friends 50th Birthday in Disneyland in 2014. She did such a fabulous job organizing the accommodations, events, park entry, etc. My 50th is in 2017 and we are plannng a trip to an Island off the coast of Belize (Coco Plum Cay Island). Johanna obtained the information on how to reserve the island for the entire party and managed the securing of downpayments, Insurance, etc. She helps with updates on our Facebook Group Page and keeps up posted on receipt of reservation from our guests! This is going to be a fun time and a lot of the excitement is working with Johanna 2 years out to coordinate all of the details as we build up to the actual vacation time. It was a nice hot summer day in Las Vegas Nevada in 2012 when I went to johanna with the news that I wanted to celebrate my 50th birthday with lots of friends and family in Disneyland Californian. We had 2 years to plan this birthday bash, so she started right away with the research and planning. She advised me all along the way. In July of 2013 I moved from las vegas to ohio, the pLanning continued wit out a hitch, we worked together long distance. She was amazing, handling the room reservations, park tickets, character breakfast, as well as airline tickets and special dinner reservations for 40 people from 10 different states. She not only arranged everything but she hosted the entire weekend there so I truly got to be the guest of honor who got to enjoy the entire disneyland adventure.
