Lisa is so beyond fabulous. We reached out to her for help facilitating our wedding in Mexico, for which we had 130 guests, all coming different lengths of time, as well as room changes etc. and she handled everyone's reservation and situation in a way that was effortless for both myself and my husband and our guests. She was always quick to answer, extremely pleasant, resourceful, and immediately on top of any request, change, or question we had for her (which there were quite a bit given we were such a large party!). She not only facilitated the room block for our guests and set up transfer services for to/from the airport, she also offered to help guests find and book flights. Wedding and weekend were so Fun!

Lisa was attentive from the very beginning. She was always mindful of our needs. Lisa was a new travel agent for us and yet she treated us like family. She was consistently patient with our myriad of questions over the months leading up to the trip. Meeting her exceeded our expectations. It was like she became famiily to us. Had the most epic sailing adventure with my cousin on Royal Caribbean's Utopia of the Seas, and it was absolute perfection, thanks to Unicorns Travel! From start to finish, our experience was smooth sailing. We loved the top-notch entertainment(Aqua Show), exploring the 23 onboard bars, and enjoying activities like the Ultimate Abyss slide and the cute mini golf course. Lisa put together a trip for myself and my family to Hawaii that met our needs perfectly. The hotel/resort had exactly what we needed and was within our budget, in a great location. She did alot of research to find this for us and my family loved the location. Lisa is always very easy to reach when needed and when we experienced the issue with the Maui fire (we were there during that situation) I called Lisa from a mountaintop and she spent the rest of the day securing us hotels on the other side of the island where we could get to safety. She also offered to notify family for me, since phone service was nearly non-existent.
Most travel agents would not have stepped up to that level, but I gave her my credit card info and later that evening she sent me the rooms that she had booked for us and she had spoken to my family on our behalf. I highly recommend Lisa as a reliable and relatable travel agent that will go well beyond the norm to secure the best trip for her client.

Lisa found me some direct flights from Columbus, OH to St. Louis MO that met my travel needs and which were not listed commercially. My travel went off without any problems. I had a great time at my Class Reunion/60th Birthday Party.

Lisa assisted us with booking The Perry Hotel in Key West for our scuba diving weekend in Key West for the Active Divers Association annual sojourn to Key West. The hotel was beautiful and everyone who went commented on how beautiful the hotel was, especially compared to where we've stayed in the past.
