Wow - what an amazing experience from start to finish. I was recommended by some people online to connect with Sarah for planning my wedding vacation and it was honestly the best decision we made. We had another travel agent before her, who wasn't helpful at all. As soon as I connected with Sarah, I knew we made the right choice. She instantly listened to our story, our requests for our group of 30, dealing with constant communication back and forth of quotes, pricing, information, deals, promos, etc. She took the time to get to know my husband and I, and what we were picturing, not only for our special day but for the week away with loved ones. She made a beautiful brochure for our guests, was always communicating with me about deposits, guest count, and requests. She had many of my group message her regarding rooms, the resort app, flight times, etc. to which she responded very quickly and efficiently. Sarah even arranged a private airport shuttle for me and our guests. She checked in during our stay to make sure that everything was going smoothly. The resort itself was perfect for our group with children, yet still had that luxury feel. It was the perfect size, with beautiful rooms, beaches and restaurants. We are already looking at booking our honeymoon at the Adults only side, and you can bet that I will be messaging Sarah to help us plan! She made everything seamless for me, who is a bit of a control freak. She truly cares about her clients and makes that known throughout the entire process - even arriving home to a beautiful gift from her.
