Mari is exactly what you want in a travel planner - friendly, professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and simply the best. Not only did she help us book tickets and give us sample itineraries but she also explained dining, lightning lanes, ideas for our days off, packing suggestions, and other tips for the park. She was very responsive to emails and texts and was always willing to hop on a call or meet to discuss more Disney things, even during our trip. It was a huge comfort to know that if we ran into any issues or questions, she was always there to help! We love Mari and highly recommend her for planning your Disney trip!!!

Mari was such a great help from day one! Her expertise saved us considerable money, helping us take advantage of a ticket deal at DisneyWorld that I didn’t know about. Her plethora of knowledge helped us plan, and her diligence and perseverance helped us score dining reservations at that were hard to come by! She was available to answer any questions, and was always checking to see if we needed anything. She’s a fabulous resource who helped elevate our trip beyond what I could’ve done on my own!

It is rare my wife and I work with any type of travel planner or agent. However, when we were booking a trip to Disney, the whole thing seemed pretty overwhelming. Friends of ours who worked with Mari recommended her to us, and boy am I glad they did. Mari went above and beyond. She met with us several times in person to go over each step of the planning processes (hotels, restaurants reservations, Lightning Lane ride bookings). She is always quick to respond and knows the resorts, rides and booking processes like the back of her hand. I am really not sure how we would have done this without her and I would highly recommend her services to anyone considering a Disney family vacation.

After going to Disney World 2 years ago without a magic planner was very disappointing and costly. Navigating the complex World of Disney on your own is a waste of time and money. Recently, 1 week ago we visited Disney World. My daughter contacted Marianna Capostagno 6 months before the scheduled trip.They discussed all things rope drop, fast passes, hotels, shuttle ,car seats for children ,.ticket,passes , and catered to my daughters wishes for her children. Marianna was extremely knowledgable all things Disney.Marianna navigated our trip from start to finish. This took all the stress away. She was so patient with ME (the Grandmother) who needed help every step of the way with tickets, hotel lost information (on my part) hiring Marianna is essential to having a great time.

My husband and I traveled to magic kingdom for a day with our toddler and 1 year old last year and had a very overwhelming/not magical time which is why I reached out for Mari’s help this year. She helped me plan the most wonderful, enjoyable, stress free Disney trip possible. She helped me in every logistical aspect as well as recommending amazing food choices and knowing what would work for 2 toddlers. Her plan was so well thought out and we had such an amazing time we are already planning our next trip. She is amazing, kind, thoughtful and so helpful. 5 stars!
