Kristin planned an absolutely perfect resort vacation for our group of three couples in desperate need of a luxurious getaway. She took note of all the things that would be important to us - great food, exciting excursions (swimming with whale sharks 18mi off the coast of Isla Mujeres anyone?) and she made the entire process as effortless as possible. She provides just the right amount of efficient communication throughout the planning and prep process, so you know what you need to know and nothing feels like a chore. Planning a vacation as a family of five, especially with three young boys (ages 6, 4, and 1!), can feel overwhelming… but not when you have Kristin as your travel agent! From start to finish, she made this trip to Mexico an absolute dream. We stayed at Iberostar paraiso maya suites. Kristin planned our whole itinerary and restaurant reservations. Our excursions were perfect ! Will definitely book thru Kristin again!!!!

There were 15 of us traveling, all arrangements were made and everything was seamless for us. The resort was perfect and the dining arrangements were great. There were activities for every age group and Kristin was wonderful in helping coordinate everything. I highly recommend Kristin as she is very well organized, helpful and informed. She truly prepares you for a wonderful vacation.

We just got back from a great trip to Disney world. Kristin planned every detail of our trip for us. Me, my husband and our 3 kids all had the best time! She far exceeded my expectations of what a travel agent would do. She booked all of our dining, add on activities and hotel transfers. She provided information on rides that made it easy for me to read through and select rides for lightning lanes. Her itineraries she made for my family were so detailed and incredibly helpful when we were in the parks. She included so many additional details in the itinerary down to best places to go to grab snacks. They were thoughtfully created as to not have us walking back and forth all over the park, but instead we started in one area and made our way to the next. Kristin was very responsive and helpful even while we were in the parks and had questions or needed additional help. My kids loved the character meals we did. That was definitely one of the highlights of the trip! 10/10 recommend booking your next Disney vacation through Kristin. You will be so glad you did!

Kristin understood the trip we were looking for right from the stsrt.. once booked found every answer to our questions and sent timely reminders for every turn. She is perfection and I would always turn to her for travel needs!

Kristin was incredible to work with! I decided last minute to contact Kristin and inquire if planning a trip within two weeks was feasible. The perfect number of days prior to taking a trip to Disney World is 60 days. Kristin was kind, patient, informative and knowledgeable. After speaking with Kristin I knew we were taking this trip! During our first phone conversation Kristin was already looking into hotels and activities to see if there were openings and availability. The stars aligned and she was able to make all reservations for us. Kristin explained clearly each step, including decisions I needed to make within a certain timeframe. She was thorough and detailed with our itinerary each day. Kristin explained to me how to use the Disney app for rides, photo gallery, maps, character meet and greets. She even described in perfect detail where and when to find the best spots to view the parades and fireworks. Kristin also explained great areas for family photo opportunities with less crowds of people in the background. Before our trip I had Kristin cancel a character breakfast reservation and when we arrived I had a change in heart. I reached out to Kristin and she had a reservation booked for my family and I within minutes. Kristin is patient, kind and extremely informative. She handled any curve ball. Things were dealt with professionally, swiftly, and she was always happy to help. I have never met anyone like Kristin. I highly recommend her for those seeking guidance booking their travel endeavors. Our trip went flawlessly and we were so prepared because of Kristin. She truly prepped me for this trip, it was a magical experience for my family and I. We are extremely grateful to her.

We just returned from easily the best of our five Disney trips, thanks to Kristin! We had big asks for dining and Lightening Lanes which Kristin was able to not just secure, but also made sure all our plans made sense by mapping out our days. All of her recommendations were spot on and made our trip extra magical. She went above and beyond all previous experiences we have had with a TA. Can’t wait to do it all again!

It was our first time working with Kristin. She was recommended by a friend. I would highly recommend Kristin. Normally, I do all the planning which can be a job all on it's own and at times can be very frustrating. From day one of speaking to Kristin, she knew what we were looking for and within days we had something set. It was seamless. I've had travel agents before and once you buy the tickets/package that is the last contact you have with the agent but not with Kristin. She kept in touch while on vacation and prior to vacation. The emails and the information she passed on was amazing. I will forever keep her as my travel agent.

Using Kristin was the best decision we could have made. She is excellent at predicting your needs from the first time you talk with her, through the flight back home after your vacation. In the initial conversation, she listens intently to what you're looking for in a vacation (location, price, interests, deal breakers, etc.). When she comes back to you with her top choices, you're blown away at how well she paid attention (and even read between the lines) as to what mattered most to you. Kristin gives you context as to why she's chosen the places she has for you- and for us- her number one choice was exactly what we were looking for. Before you leave, she sends you lists and reminders of things pack, documents to bring, things to consider when traveling with kids, etc. She covers everything and more- and we didn't need to create our own travel "to do" lists- we just used hers. And while you're away, she periodically checks in with you to make sure you have everything you need.

Kristen made planning our multi-country European honeymoon a breeze! She went above and beyond and handled everything—from booking activities and coordinating all the trains between countries to securing amazing accommodations. What could have been a logistical nightmare was stress-free, thanks to her attention to detail and organization. She simplified what seemed like a complicated arrangement, giving us peace of mind and allowing us to focus on enjoying the trip. Kristin took care of every detail for our 5 day trip to Disneyland and Universal Hollywood. I have high standards when it comes to planning a trip and she exceeded all expectations! It was so nice to just be able to enjoy my time at the parks knowing that every single thing was taken care of. We had the pleasure of working with Kristin on our family’s first trip to Disney. We had no idea where to begin and Kristin handled everything like a pro. She also was able to save us a significant amount of money by getting us discounts by using a Disney credit card. She set up all our dining reservations including 2 character meals and spoke with me at length about how to use the Disney App so we would be prepared when we were in the parks. While on our trip, I texted her about changing a dinner reservation for that day and she responded right away and was able to adjust it to exactly what we needed. We just got back from our first Disney trip with our 2 year old and 6 year old - there is no way I would know what I was doing without Kristin! I have not been to Disney since I was a kid and I can't believe how much has changed. We talked on the phone multiple times so that I could make the most of the trip and I really appreciated her first-hand experience with young kids and having reasonable expectations of what they can handle. I also found invaluable that she stayed on top of all the important dates/times for setting up popular character meals, informing me of all the charges that would be made for the hotels/parks, and made a bunch of phone calls to customer service when we ran into some issues. We had such a great trip and I felt really prepared with all of her helpful tips and daily plans. Highly recommend!

We just got back from the most magical Disney vacation thanks to Kristin! Every detail of our trip was perfect! When I had questions during the planning process, Kristin was there to answer them all and research even my most ridiculous questions. She went out of her way to make sure we had the best price and best room options during our stay sending us so many options along the way to fit our budget. Before the trip, Kristin sent me planning guides with information about the specific things I was interested in information about seasonal events at the parks. The best part was when I had questions during our trip, she answered them right away to make sure I knew exactly what I was doing and how everything worked at the parks, with my hotel, and transportation options. It was like she was there with us guiding us along the way!
