Becky is the best travel agent I have ever worked with. She is very personable & genuinely cared about making our trip the best it could be. When we had trouble with booking luggage, she called the airline on our behalf & got us an even better deal then the airline published on its website. We had an issue with international paperwork the night before our trip & she jumped right in to help us even though it was after 8pm on a Sunday night. When we were delayed leaving the US and arriving back in the US, Becky kept tracking our flights & checking in with me. She texted me while I was on the trip making sure everything was okay & sent a few reminders on our last day of things we would need to do when leaving the DR to arrive back in the US. Overall Becky was great to work with! I already am working with her for our Alaskan cruise we're taking later this year!

My husband and I just got back from our honeymoon in St. Lucia and we cannot recommend Becky enough. She was extremely helpful from the minute I reached out to her. We were provided a variety of options to choose from and decided on St. Lucia. St. Lucia had their elections coming up, so the traffic was really bad the entire week. Becky was able to help us last minute to cancel our excursion that traveled by road and would have taken over 2 hours to get to the destination and we were able to take a 40 minute boat ride instead. It was great knowing Becky had our backs the entire trip as well as all things leading up to it! :)

Becky helped us plan a group trip to celebrate our friend’s anniversary. She handled all details to get us grouped together, on the same flights despite different starting locations, provided transportation to and from the airport in Punta Cana, and worked with all different budgets with ease. She was always available to answer questions and provide any tips to help make our experience great.

Becky booked our excursions when we traveled to Louisville. Took a guided night time walking tour of historic district, and a group tour of 3 outlying distilleries with van driver. Also took a very enjoyable guided food walking tour in the NuLu neighborhood. Becky checked in with us to make sure we were receiving the confirmation emails from tour guides that she was also receiving. Would definitely work with Becky again in planning another trip!

Becky is awesome! This was the first time we were going out of the country. Becky made is so easy we discussed where we were going and she made suggestion on what excursions were available. Any question we had Becky would reply very quickly also any changes in the travel plans or any excursion changes Becky was emailing us that info. We will defiantly be using Becky again! We had an excellent experience working with Becky! Even though this was a short inexpensive trip, Becky gave us the customer care and communication like we were going to Europe for 3 weeks. She even contacted our hotel and asked them to leave a note for our anniversary! She checked in with us before, during and after our trip. We would definitely like to work with her again!

Becky booked our trip to Alaska on Holland America cruise line which included both a cruise ship and land portion. She reviewed the cancellation policy of our tour package with us, and also reviewed the amenities included in our package to make sure we took advantage of what was offered, such as drink package, dining credit and shore excursion credit. She also booked all our shore excursions and passed along to us any updated information that she received regarding any changes to our scheduled shore excursions. We had a few questions along the way and her responses were very timely. If she did not know the answer, she contacted the cruise line to obtain the requested information. She is very personable, but at the same time, the transactions were handled professionally and competently. We were so impressed with Becky's services that we have already booked all of our excursions through her for our trip to Miami, Florida in November.

Becky was so very helpful in assisting with all aspects of the trip to Alaska! From help with choosing excursions, making payments, meal plans, daily itineraries, etc, she made the planning process as easy as possible!! Would highly recommend using her services!!

Becky made a first trip to Disney World for my young child with extended family fantastic. Any questions we had from using Disney's app, making sure reservations and rooms were linked correctly for the group, and setting up a rental car so we could take our child to the ocean were handled promptly.

Becky did an amazing job booking us the perfect rooms with the BEST views we had asked for. She followed through making sure we arrived safely at our destination and even though we had booked our own flights, Becky took it upon herself to make us aware of the several return flight changes that occurred so we could continue to enjoy our vacation carefree.
